I was in store 3177 on 01/09/20 I was very unhappy with the girl running the service desk around 4:30 p.m me and my husband had paid for our items went to get some lottery tickets she was helping a customer and she stopped helping her customer to stop us and asked us for our receipt for our purchase this has never happened to us we shop their all the time she thought we were leaving without paying for our stuff if she is going to be doing that she has to do that to all the customers that buy lottery tickets Starbucks coffee cause I have seen many people go back in after making their purchase and getting coffee or tickets I was so upset for being singled out and assuming we were stealing Manger needs to have a talk with her . P.S me and my husband are67 and 71 years young ??this is my survey # 317701/0916:319/219
In light of the recent developments of the world-wide virus facing all of us, it is my general observation that the staff at the Albertson’s Pharmacy on North Campus Ave, Upland is a wonderful group of professionals who truly take pride in completing my prescription needs. They consistently perform their job well, present themselves in a pleasant manner, and provide required information to me whenever necessary, such as, reminding me of getting certain inoculations in a timely manner and explaining a health plan that personally helps me understand the medications that my Physician has recommended for me. It seems that some other larger pharmacies, such as, Costco or Walgreens, cannot or will not conduct themselves in a professional manner. If you need great service, caring and well mannered and professional service, then come to Sav-On/Albertson’s Pharmacy on Campus Ave, in Upland. They have never made me feel unimportant or rushing my order/prescriptions through without letting me know what is happening to my medications. m.s.
